Fall sports will be winding down soon and we will be starting our Fall/Winter schedule towards the end of October. Until then, we do have an opportunity to get together with some teammates during the Tuesday Night Hillbounding w/ Coach Mark. Each Tuesday Mark leads a hillbounding workout for all ages & abilities. This workout can be as easy or as difficult as you want (to your abilities and current fitness level). Start time at 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Triangle Hill (Baird’s Creek), park at the top of the hill. Athletes & parents are welcome & encouraged to attend. I will plan on being there this week so join me!
